“Our story in selling my father's house is a long one and we had gone through 3 real estate agents before working with Dee Paris. In our initial talks she said all the right things. We had had similar conversations with the previous agents as well. The question was would the fourth time be different. Our dealings with Dee were much different than the previous agents. The first area was that she did what she said she would do. We had regular conversations about how things were going and we adjusted our strategy as the selling process moved forward. This was the biggest key to getting our property sold - aligning our expectations for our house with the current market. Dee was able to bring more traffic into our home than the previous agents which allowed us to get a better picture of what our buyer might look like. We assured them that we would be the only ones living there and we would not Air B & B or rent or lease our new found treasure we call UTOPIA. The Father planted the tree out front with his granddaughter. The Mother had our home renovated so that she would live out her days here. I found this home online in Ohio, we drove down and wanted it immediately. Near the ocean and a wrap around porch. I grew up here. I needed to come back and live near my Lake Worth Beach Ocean that has always been a sanctuary and a haven of tranquility and peace for me. Thank You, Dee.”
